Who We Are
Mark Doering
Founder, President, and Professional Engineer
Mr. Doering has over 35 years' experience as a civil engineer. He has been responsible for design calculations, planning and site design of public works, commercial and residential projects, specification writing, cost estimates, and document production for various civil engineering projects. As President of Doering Engineering, Inc. and Principal Engineer, he has been responsible for personnel supervision, project budgets, quality control, proposal preparation and client interface.

Jeff Blumm
Project Manager
Mr. Blumm joined the firm in 2001 with extensive experience in Civil Engineering. As a project manager he coordinates with MSD, St. Louis County, MoDot and other municipalities to ensure our plans meet their requirements and secures the permits needed for our clients to proceed with their projects. His specialized skills in technologies and its implementation in land development have proven to be very valuable to our company.

Brenda Doering
Office Manager
Mrs. Doering is one of the newest members of our team at Doering Engineering. Her responsibilities as Office Manager include invoicing, filing, directing calls, and overseeing the incoming and outgoing of correspondance and plans.
